[mythtv-users] setting up a PVR-350 and a PVR-250

Can someone help me find documentation on setting up a PVR-350 and a
PVR-250 in the same box?  I've got the following in modules.conf, but
doing a cat /dev/video0 > capture0.mpg yields an error:

cat: /dev/video0: Input/output error

Here's what I have in modules.conf:

alias char-major-81 videodev
#alias char-major-81-0 off
alias char-major-81-0 ivtv
alias char-major-81-1 ivtv
alias char-major-81-2 off
alias char-major-81-3 off

options ivtv cardtype=,2 ivtv_debug=0 tuner=2
options msp3400 once=1 simple=1
add below ivtv msp3400 saa7115 tuner

lspci -v has:
