[mythtv-users] setup tuner card not working

I'm having problems setting up my tuner cards in mythsetup.

I select the (2. Capture Cards) option in mythsetup, and I get the (New
Capture Card) screen. I hit spacebar (or enter, or whatever -- it doesn't
matter) and the screen flashes and the list comes back up with "[V4L:
/dev/video0]" on it. I never get any configuration options. Repeated
attempts to add a new card puts multiple /dev/video0 entries -- there's no
way to add a /dev/video1 (and no way to select an input on each card).

It worked for me before, but I was just doing some testing at that point,
and decided to remove the cards from the database and start over. Now it's
not working, and I don't think anything has changed in the meantime.

What have I done wrong?
