[mythtv-users] Weather Graphics and Licensing

I was checking out the latest stuff in http://www.freshmeat.net and came
across this utility. http://www.scheduleworld.com.

What caught my eye was the weather module. It looks very familiar and
you can see screenshots here.

This just raised my eyebrows a little as I couldn't find much about
licensing on the scheduleworld site or MythTV.

How is MythTV licensed?
