Where can I find yours? I just did a quick search of your recent messages
and did not see anything useful. I have a Philips HDTV (16:9 widescreen)
that is pretty picky about scan rates and I find that the 1080i faking
resolutions all overscan very badly. The 848x480 is much better but still
overscans 15% or more. I have tried xvidtune but I lose sync before arriving
at a reasonable pic. Is there a tool I can use to create "subset" modelines
that will let me change the parameters while keeping the standard scan and
refresh rates?
TIA,
Bill
