There is a column in the 'channel' table of the mythconverg database called 
'tune' or 'finetune' or something like that.  You could populate it manually, 
or your could use the --xawchannels option to mythfilldatabase to import it 
from your Xawtv configuration.  I don't really know the specifics, only that 
it can be done.
