[mythtv-users] Good hardware for first system?

You need a pc (Over 1 GHz) with : 
- a tv out port (preferably svideo not composite)
- a sound card (can be built into motherboard)
- a tv capture card.  A win TV one will work and will be very easy to
  setup, so this may be the best option.  A Mpeg card like the '350' is
  a little harder to setup but gives far better pictures.
  You could always start with the basic one and upgrade later.
