[mythtv-users] newbi questions

I?ve been poking around the mythetv website and mailing list for a few days now and I have a couple newbi questions:
 
1) Could I record two shows simultaneously on a P4-1300 if I got two PVR 250/350?s (since they do most of the work and not the CPU)?

2) I?m sort of fussy about the quality of the picture so I would want to go with the lowest compression format - would that make a difference given the above setup?

3)  I would like to watch the recorded shows on a TV.  Would I need to get a separate TV out card?
