I posted these to the Lirc list, but its a pretty quite list and I haven't
gotten a response, so I thought I'd ask some of the great people here on
the MythTV list...
I have a PVR-250 with the grey remote. When I try to get Lirc up and
running I get some errors. Ive pasted in the commands I run and the output
that I get in the log. Thanks for any help, I really appreciate it.

Part 2:
I'm getting errors when compiling from cvs. I'm new to compiling in Linux,
so go easy, but I'm trying to learn.
This is the output when I run make:

cd . && /bin/sh ./config.status config.h
config.status: creating config.h
config.status: config.h is unchanged
