Agreed, it is a shame.  I wonder how far off is a usable driver for the
TL880-based cards?  I'm guessing at least 6 months, and more likely 1 to
2 years.  At that pace, I'd rather fork over the $200 for the pchdtv
card and start enjoying HDTV with MythTV now.  In fact, I'm probably
within a few weeks of doing just that.
