It looks like the packages have been updated.  Take a
look here:

http://atrpms.physik.fu-berlin.de/dist/rh9/atrpms-kickstart/

and find the packages you need.  This is just my
opinion but I would download the packages first.  If
you want you can use wget like:

# wget
http://atrpms.physik.fu-berlin.de/dist/rh9/atrpms-kickstart/atrpms-kickstart-9-5.rh9.at.i386.rpm

then install it with:

# rpm -uvh atrpms-kickstart-9-5.rh9.at.i386.rpm
