Hi :) 

just installing mythtv from Jarod's guide and when i getup to the stage
of finally running the mythtvsetup  as the mythtv user i get the
following error 

mythtvsetup: cannot connect to X server :0.0
[mythtv at localhost mythgame-0.11]$ mythtvsetup
Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: No protocol specified


if i then change to the root user i have no problem running the setup

can anyone help?
