After discussing it a bit with Isaac and Kevin, the new official
version I'm rolling with for Red Hat Linux 9 users following my doc is:
add below ivtv msp3400 saa7115 tuner
add above ivtv lirc_dev lirc_i2c
Both this and Keith's version work just fine, other variants I've tried
(such as the original all-on-one-add-below-line) produce undesirable
results (one crashes lircd, one produces black screens of death when
you go to live TV). I'm going with "add below" on the first line per
the recommendation of Kevin (the ivtv lead developer, aka tmk, for
those who don't know), combined with what just works for RHL9.
