Yeah, I just tried playing with lm_sensors and I saw strange things.
Weird voltages and an apparent CPU temp in this 80s (C).
It also caused my CPU fan to go into high speed mode, so the system is
significantly louder.

removed the it87 module from modules.autoload and it's back to being quiet...
