Still, that's a little disturbing, since aren't there a couple of
different distros involved (someone using gentoo, others using something
else?)?

Anyway, As per request, I'm adding "info" ability for mpeg-based nuv
files, so those of you with pvr cards should soon be able to use this
script, too (though imho you might be better off learning how to use
transcode and doing it directly - unless mythtranscode can't
inline-transcode mpeg files yet)...

I'm also going to look into supporting PAL sources.  However, since I
don't know anything about making PAL svcd's, it may take me a bit unless
someone tells me the screen size and other related options...
