[mythtv-users] EPG: Display channel icon

I know it uses its own icons, but I' 100% sure it uses the same 
information in the channels table because how would it otherwise know 
which icons to show?
That maybe it tries to do something smart like looking for icons with 
the same name in its own directory I don't know, but I do know the two 
have to be related because I don't get any icons in mythweb if I leave 
the icon path in the channels table empty.

But it at least explains why the EPG doesn't show any channel icons,  I 
just hadn't expected that I had to put full path names in there.
