ok, a little more info.  it's not a pundit, it's called the digimatrix
(that's what I get for not reading the article).

Anyway, the official info is here:

SPDIF is only on the front (dumb), but it seems to include a tuner (mini
pci - curious what the chipset is), IR receiver and FM radio, dual
ethernet + 80211.b...
