[mythtv-users] DCT2500 and serial port channel changing

Yeah, they did something the other day.. When I signed up for Shaw-On-Demand
they pushed some firmware upgrade down that changed the way the box worked -
pressing Guide brought up the menu and you'd have to hit it again to get the
guide up. Hitting the Menu button brought up a white text on black
background screen about the service not being available, error A008 or
something.

Last night I was channel hopping and hit the Guide key and the guide came
straight up. The Menu key now works. I guess the helpful thing to do would
be to report the version information.. [goes off to prod buttons]

Whatever that means.. (Push the power off button on the front of the DCT
then hit the select button straight away, you'll get the diagnostics menu)
