Yes.

I don't have it enabled. Have you tried "experimental A/V sync", which 
(if I'm not mistaken) only does much with the nvidia 1.0-4363 driver? I 
think it helps here.

On the bright side, I don't see any jerkiness, but I don't watch much 
sports or anything with a stock ticker through MythTV (I generally use 
my HD cable box instead). I primarily just use MythTV for recording 
shows.
