Carl,

Jarod identified a problem with the nvidia install.
He's attempting a bare metal reinstall to figure it
out. Check the PVR 350 Almost there!!!..... I think
thread for more details.

With at least 4 people running into problems with the
nvidia driver install, I'd really like to see this
consolidated into one thread.
