[mythtv-users] Recording Video Slow Down

Actually linearblend only needs integer SSE, aka mmx extended. AFAIK all
duron/athlons support this, and athlon xp's support full SSE. Have you tried
using top to see if the cpu is maxed out when this happens? If for some
reason linearblend isn't using mmx it will consume a lot of cpu.
