[mythtv-users] xmltv: tv_grab_de

Hi folks,

I try to set up mythtv (0.11 with tv_grab_de) for about 3 weeks without
success. The only silverlining I´ve got is that I can watch TV with mythtv
when I start xawtv - stop it again and then start mythbackend and mythtv.
Mythtv then shows the last channel watched with xawtv. How can I
select/switch channels directly in mythtv? Does this relate to the fact
that tv_grab_de is not working properly?
Since I saw several postings, that tv_grab_de is not working anymore I
searched for a substitute and probably found one in TVprg
(http://tvprg.sourceforge.net). I wonder if anybody (mostly german mythtv
users) know about this prog and is able to tell me how to integrate it
with mythtv. As far as I know, there is a export feature in TVprg wich
exports XMLTV formatted output.
