I'm currently working on adding this to mythmusic (shoutcast streams
only for now). But don't expect me to finish it on time for the 0.12
release, as i'm learning c++/qt/myth code all at the same time. 

I have streaming basically working but it breaks CD playing atm.
Metadata parsing is almost working. What's left except this is to add
some gui screens for url handling, playlist parsing support, fix bugs...

So, have some patience.
