[mythtv-users] Freeze after ffw or rew at high speeds

Hi,

anyone else experienzing frontend freezes after ffw or rewind at high
speeds (10 or 16X)?

The ffw ond rew is ok, but when hitting p the frontend freezes.

In the terminal window I started the frontend from the message 

2003-10-04 18:41:34 Waited too long for decoder to pause

is repeated till i kill the frontend.

Is it a bandwidth problem? There definitely is a high i/o throughput
with 16x 6000 kbps mpeg2 streams. It never occurs at 8x!

If it is a bandwidth problem, is there a possibility to reconnect or
take up the stream again without killing the frontend? Or to configure
max. speed for ffw or rew, depending on the systems capabilities?

Mythtv CVS, Oct. 3rd
ivtv, decoder-alpha, Oct. 4th, upgraded to see if it's ivtv related, no
change to cvs from about 1 week ago.
