[mythtv-users] Mysql cleanup wipe/restore

My experience with chanids being off is that it somehow stops
mythtranscode from functioning.  Otherwise it doesn't seem to matter. 
You can still view the show and set cut points.

I am still running 0.11, though.  Maybe that is not a problem with
0.12...
