Really wouldn't be that difficult to have a separate set of dimensions for the 
video playback screen.  Just would have to do the things in libs/libmyth/
mythdialogs.cpp, MythMainWindow::Init() with a different set of numbers when 
playback starts, then again with the original dimensions after playback ends.
