Yes, that was I was thinking too.
Grant is probably being misinformed by his own department.
I personally wouldn't count on anything he says actually being what has
transpired.
It would be interesting to see his reaction upon being shown the two
differing emails.

Interestingly enough, Grant did not seem to want to find out if my order
had been shipped or not last friday.
After hearing this new information, I may press and have him find out.
Who knows. Maybe my cards will be there when I get home this evening. Or
not.
