I did this! Well, I added loadable keymap support and set-up my remote that 
way (but that was after applying an old version of your patch). As I said in 
my last post, what I don't understand is how these codes find their way from 
/dev/input/event0 into MythTV?

Do they magically find their way into the keyboard buffer?
