[mythtv-users] On video w/mostly black,

I just noticed the same behavior. Watching Law & Order CI, right before 
it goes to commercial they always fade to black with some music 
playing... the music will stutter badly, and when the commercial comes 
on, everything is back to normal.

I have commercial detection turned off.

I've noticed a similar problem when the picture goes to all white (try 
watching Six Feet Under, they fade-to-white a lot.)
