[mythtv-users] Rebuilding DB

Ok awhile ago my apartment lost power.  And out of the 5 computers I
own, the only thing I lost was my myth db.  Since then I've set my cron
to dump the db every night, around the time it fillsdatabase, but I
didn't have a recent dump from before the power outage,  I cleared my
db, and I have a new one now, everything is working fine, However I have
a few recordings on my drive that I lost the info for when I lost my
db.  I was wondering if there was any way I could manually enter them
into the db,  So atleast I could watch them and find out whats what.  Is
that possible.  Can someone give me a hint as to where in the db the
recordings are stored.  Thanks
