[mythtv-users] unable to use apt-get to update to mythtv .12

Hi All,
I have spent the past week trying to update mythtv .11 to ver .12 using apt-get with no success as it errors out on Axels repository. The initial install was done using Jarod Wilson exellent how-to and was remarkable easy. I decided last week to update to the newest version hoping to fix a problem I am having with Mythweather but I am unable to get apt-get to complete the update when I run apt-get update it reports numerous errors such as

running apt-get install mythtv-suite reports that I am running the newest version.
I have googled, and searched the online message base but can't find the solution to this problem.
