It's all there it seems, but the snd-emu10k1.o module is not loading
(so you can reduce diagnosis on testing modprobe snd-emu10k1).
Check the documentation on
http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-doc/. There are four entries with
EMU8K, pick the one matching your card.
Also better do the diagnosis in single user mode, so that no daemon,
kernel module etc. has taken over the card's resources.
