[mythtv-users] Any IR Keyboard Users?

Not IR, but I have a Versapoint RF keyboard.  One of my goals is to have *ONE* remote to control my a/v stuff.  I don't care if it's really a keyboard and the size of an aircraft carrier, just so it's the only one I have to grab to pause the video when the doorbell rings.
 
I have been researching a post to this mailing list about this.  I haven't gotten into lirc yet, but one thing I have noticed is that there is one set of keyboard commands to control TV and a different one for DVD/video playback when using MythTV, i.e when I am playing a video <spece> pauses the video and when I am watching TV "P" pauses the video.

Yup, bought a IR keyboard w/PS2 connectors from Directron. About $25 as I 
remember, in black, with a little joypad in the corner for the mouse. It 
works with a Jensen 8 unit programmable remote. Works incredibly well for 
the money. I think I have less than $40 in the whole thing. If I had to do 
it over again, I wouldn't change a thing on this portion.
