It wont. It's easy to make it work if you want to - just look at the
ioctl definition changes in ivtv.h and ivtv-ext-api.h. Basically just
copy the ones from ivtv-ext-api.h that came with myth to the drivers
ivtv.h (and utils/ivtv-ext-api.h)
