[mythtv-users] Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-250 no video

I dumped my WinTV-PVR-pci for a WinTV-PVR-250 and
followed the instructions on
http://pvrhw.goldfish.org/ to install ivtv. I am able
to get the card to create mpeg from both the S-video
and RF inputs using

# cat /dev/video0 > test.mpg

MythTV has the capture card configured as the
PVR-250/350. When I try to watch TV in MythTV the
screen is black and the app is hung. There are errors
out of mythfrontend relating to sound and lirc, which
I haven't gotten working yet.

I was getting the same audio errors with the
WinTV-PVR-pci card but I was seeing video, so it seems
like I should be seeing video at this point with the
250 card. Any suggestions?
