Sound Blaster Audigy. For around $45 it has all the
connections you are looking for and then some. Bonus,
Jarod's documentation covers ALSA installation quite
well. Just an FYI, for SP/DIF support be sure to stop
by your local Radio Shack and buy a 1/8 mini plug mono
to RCA adapter. Approx. $3 and some change. That gets
you the digital output to your receiver via coax.
