[mythtv-users] Can't initialize mythmusic

I have successfully installed mythtv-0.11 and all the
add-ons through apt-get. I have run mythtvsetup. I can
run both backend and frontend fine and I can watch tv.
While in frontend's setup I can go into everything
except Mythmusic. I get the following error message in
mythfrontend:

Unable to run plugin 'mythmusic': not initalized

I have already populated the database for mythmusic
using:

$ mysql -u mythtv -pmythtv <
/usr/share/doc/mythmusic-0.12/musicdb/metadata.sql

What else do I have to initialize?
