The bad ioctl definitions (the cause of the compile errors in ivtv-ext-api.h) 
have finally been fixed.  And update CVS snapshot has been posted to the ivtv 
website.  I've just updated MythTV CVS to match.

If you're using the PVR-350 decoder/tv-out, this means that the current ivtv 
CVS snapshot requires current MythTV CVS, and vice versa.
