[mythtv-users] How do I reduce the filesize of videos so they can be streamed to client with 56 K connection?

I was able to install the Darwin Streaming srever.  Pretty painless and
I can stream .mp4 and .mov sample files.  The question is, how do I
convert the myth .nuv files to these formats? Thanks
