AFAIK the file size is the result of the bit rate, so just mulitply by the
time to get the result.  For variable bit rate it will obviously vary,
somewhere in between the min/max bit rate limits.  Lower bit rate = lower
quality = smaller file, and logically, higher bit rate = higher quality =
bigger file.  Usually this is a personal preference, balancing quality with
file size and sometimes bandwidth restrictions.  Best is to experiment with
the settings to find your own preference.
