The C versions of the Pentium IV are 800MHz FSB - the
Pundit doesn't 
support 800MHz bus - my guess is that your bios is
reporting the speed of 
the processor as 1.6GHz.  My reasoning for this is as
follows for 
2.4GHz processors: ......
