[mythtv-users] (OT?) can't tune channels 19-62

Is there anyone out there using a PixelView PlayTV Pro rev 10B with
MythTV?

I am unable to tune channels 19-62 using my tuner card.  The other
channels work just fine.  The television which is on the same signal
amplifier can tune all the channels clearly.

Has anyone had any experiences like this with a different card?  How did
you get around them?
