[mythtv-users] PVR-350 TVOut almost working; get sound, no video

I think the example showed fb1. Since then I found it in the messages
log and corrected it. 

Not sure where we left off, but I have TV Out working. Trying to get X
and OSD working at the same time. Some people on the ivtv-devel list are
providing some help. Right now X is crashing.
