Yes.  So the third is the new feature.  When I added the record dups code
originally I was trying to keep people from shooting themselves in the
foot by recording one of those programs that comes on 4-5 times a day with
the same description.  So it wouldn't record a 2nd time if they hadn't deleted
the first recording.
