[mythtv-users] can't play tv or recorded shows

Got it.  Turns out that "open display failed" was because I was 
starting mythtv from a login on another machine because I don't have a 
keyboard on the xbox and I haven't figured out how to start it on 
launch.  When I force VideoOutputXv to open display ":0", everything 
works!  Woohoo!

I'll go post this on the dev list as a buglet.  There's gotta be some 
way to be compatible with the -display flag..
