[mythtv-users] apt.sw.be down, is there an alternative?

I'm running Jarod's guide, trying to get through the apt-get update
step.  I'm getting a consistent timeout while trying to connect to
apt.sw.be.  Is there an alternative site I can try?  How would I
configure /etc/apt/sources.list?
