[mythtv-users] Mplayer on /dev/video0 much better

I just discovered that I was completely missing a config file for MPlayer
so I dropped the example in place and tweaked it a bit and now I am getting
much better performance from Mplayer on the command line, reading right
from /dev/video0. When Mplayer is called from within Myth does it respect
the config file in /etc/mplayer/mplayer.conf?

Here is the output from Mplayer when run from the command line:

Playing /dev/video0
