My celeron works fine.  Though I think that I'm a quality nut and don't
like the video quality I get with this thing at the moment (640x480 at
210 rtjpeg is my latest - I'm hoping for some nice mpeg4 stuff since I
plan to use this thing on my VERY crisp sony wega).  So I'll probably
trade it for a 2.4 or 2.8 when I go into work tomorrow...

yeah.  I've seen a lot of crappy case designs (I work for a
server/systems integrator, so we deal with this thing a LOT on the 1-U
dual xeon type systems - manufacturers have NO idea about airflow in a
"full" system), but this one seems to work really well...  CPU fan draws
air in via a funnel from a hole in the side of the case, and blows it so
that half hits the chipset area and the other half goes to the drives
and then gets sucked out via the power supply fan.  The only problem I
can see is that the IDE cable might block some air, but I can't think of
a way around this (there's just not room in there to splice the cable to
make it smaller, etc)..
