[mythtv-users] problem installing XML::Twig

Seems i posted too quickly ...
removing /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/CPAN/Config.pm

and re-doing the configuration (with a UTF 8 supported terminal and
different mirrors) fixed everything up
