[mythtv-users] failed to bind to port 6543 on mythbackend startup?

No, it has nothing to do with your router.   Some process has already
bound
to port 6543 on your system.  Another instance of mythbackend perhaps?
This command should tell you what the process is
fuser -v -n tcp 6543
