[mythtv-users] [OT] The future of PVRs and TV ads

I have a friend with a Tivo and apparently you get asked during setup
whether you are happy about them sharing your viewing data. If it's a
choice, then I don't see the problem with it.

It's fairly straightforward for a linux savy person to stop the tivo
from uploading anything.
